The name “Xiaomi” creates a different kind of curiosity in the minds of the people and keeping that curiosity alive, Redmi Sub-brand of Xiaomi released two laptops in India on July 8, the Redmibook 16 and the Redmibook 14 II.so let’s see what are the features in these laptops?

Xiaomi has given laptops to India in the form of Redmibook that no one has given for nearly Rs 60,000 price tag. There is no doubt that these laptops are ahead of everyone in terms of specifications.

I don’t think anyone can break Xiamo’s tradition of launching a good product at a very low price. If that happens then maybe it will be a revolution.

The RedmiBook 16 and Redmibook 14 II has been launched in China with the AMD Ryzen 4000 series, the same model has been launched in India with the 10th generation Intel processors.

Till today, there are no laptops with such specifications in the market. Continuing its tradition, Redmi has come up with a great solution for new laptop buyers by bringing this laptop with maximum features at minimum price.

Redmibook 16 & Redmibook 14 II Price and Specifications:

 There is not much difference between The Xiaomi RedmiBook 16 & Redmibook 14. Very few Specifications Differs between them, especially battery and screen size. The RedmiBook 16 comes with a 16-inch FHD display and the Redmibook 14 comes with a 14-inch FHD display.

And the battery of Redmibook 14 II is 40Whr and the battery of RedmiBook 16 is 46Whr. Redmibook 16 is a good option compared to Redmibook 14 II but it will also cost you more. the unit Whr is nothing but battery capacity in Watt-Hour which is a power storage capacity of a battery.

RedmiBook 16 is available in two processor options which are Core i5 10th generation and Core i7 10th generation.

Whereas RedmiBook 14 II is available in 4 variants. Two of these variants come with 10th gen Intel Core i5 processors which you can buy it with 8GB and 16GB RAM options. The other two variants come with i7 10th generation processor. There are also two options, one comes with 8 GB RAM and the other comes with 16 GB RAM.

These laptops run very fast because they have a fast DDR4 2666Mhz RAM with 10th generation processors.

The Redmibook 16 comes with a 16.1 inch full HD display. It has a screen to body ratio of 90%. Equipped with a 46Wh battery, this laptop supports 65W USB-C fast charging. According to Xiaomi, this laptop charges 50% in just 30 minutes. Isn’t that commendable? Of course, it is.

It is said that a laptop can offer up to 12 hours of video playback, 9 hours of online video playback and 8.5 hours of online web browsing.

This laptop comes with Intel’s Iris Plus graphics as well as 2GB NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics. The laptop comes with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD.

Both laptops use the NVIDIA GeForce MX350 DDR5 2GB graphics card, which was launched in February 2020, making it impossible to find a better alternative for medium gaming and everyday work at such a low price.

In terms of connectivity, this new RedmiBook 16 laptop comes with Wi-Fi 802.11ax 2 × 2 MIMO which is next-generation Wifi technology. This technology is also known as Wifi 6. it comes with a 1024-QAM technique which improves speed up to 9.6gbps and improves overall efficiency as well. The 2×2 MIMO is the number of transmitting and receiving antennas built within the laptops.

It has Bluetooth 5.1 Which is also a new technology it takes low power and provides faster connections.

Other basic connectivity feature like 1 x USB 3.1 Gen1 port, 1x USB 2.0, 2 x USB-C, and 1 x HDMI 1.4. It has two 2W speakers that support DTS audio is available. It also has a full-sized keyboard with 1.5mm key travel and 0.3mm custom keycap.

A 6mm heat pipe for maximum heat transfer and a 30 percent large fan for cooling is provided so that the heat in the laptop is expelled very efficiently.

 

My Verdict:

Considering all this, you will notice that it has become a blessing for those who are not gamers but want to enjoy some moderate games while doing their daily activities, even in a tight budget. I think they are the Best Laptops under 60000 rupees in India.
